Bipasha Basu Workout is just amazing!

I have been following the Bipasha Basu workout on YouTube for the last one month now and I must say that they are pretty awesome!

I first started off with:

 

It was great as a dance workout and I really enjoyed it but at the same time I found it was not challenging enough so I moved on to this:

 

 

This work out engages the whole of your body and you sweat but feel very fresh. I always do it after having breakfast. Its great to do this in the comfort of my own home because this way I don’t have to worry about child care or spending a single penny on gyms and fitness classes or finding the right slot in my busy schedule.

At first you will feel very tired but slow and steady wins the race, don’t do this with the intention of losing weight but with the intention of staying fit and increasing your stamina. Try it and you’ll know what I mean.
