We all love taking care of our health by taking supplements in addition to the food we eat. Some of us very punctual with it, some of are health conscious but some of us like me don’t like taking supplements. It can sometimes get boring to take supplements in routine.

I recently received a complimentary esthechoc advent calendar to share with my readers. Its gorgeous isn’t it? Every day starting from the first day of Christmas, you take one bar of chocolate each day. By the time its Christmas, you have a much better and healthier skin.

A lot of research has gone into developing this product. As someone who has majored in a branch of Biology, I know how much hard work scientist Dr. Ivan M. Petyaev must have put into it.

As I have just started taking it, I cannot comment on the results but it tastes so good!
