Hello healthy eaters! Here’s a recipe for the salad I made for lunch at work today.
You will need:
Lettuce
Rocket
Apples
Tomatoes
Carrots
There is no set quantity, you may use how much ever quantity you like. Just cut these into small pieces in a bowl. Do not use anything else like a salad cream, or salad dressing or olive oil. The natural taste of all these vegetables and fruits will feel like heaven! Enjoy!
