Since then, I became very interested in it. According to her, it was amazing, and she saw some very visible changes in her body.

I tried looking for places near my house to have a session done, but it was nowhere near my place and the pandemic didn’t make things easier.

I wanted to try it because I’m not so happy with my post baby body. There’s of course cellulite, stretch marks and the baby weight.

My Experience & Thoughts on Body Ballancer

Body Contouring: One thing to be noted is that 2 months before starting my experience with Body Ballancer, I was already on a weight loss journey. I was eating right. I was walking 5000-8000 steps a day and also doing fat burning exercises. Having a healthy lifestyle alongside the use of Body Ballancer will really, really help you. It is not only fat that increases your weight but also water retention that adds to the volume, and that’s where Body Ballancer comes handy.

When I received Body Ballancer, coincidently, it was Lockdown 2.0, so during my Body Ballancer journey, I ate a lot of chocolates and things I shouldn’t have been eating. Normally, I gain weight when I eat junk, but this time I didn’t. I strongly believe that it was because of Body Ballancer that I could maintain my pre lockdown weight.

Relaxation: Although it’s not very relaxing to be inside Body Ballancer for 45 minutes. Your feet are stuck in an uncomfortable position and when it presses on your tummy and chest area, you can’t breathe for 2 seconds BUT it’s all worth it. It helps you destress, think straight and sleep better.

Health & Wellness: I noticed that it definitely improved my digestion. Although I don’t have any digestion issues but it enhanced my metabolism and gave a boost to my immune system.

Skin tone & Cellulite: I noticed that it made no impact to my skin tone or cellulite, maybe because my cellulite had already reduced after eating right, losing weight and exercising, I couldn’t see any difference but people have said how it has significantly reduced their cellulite.

Fitness & Exercise: As I mentioned, I was already exercising before using Body Ballancer; I did not feel it made any difference to my fitness, but it definitely improved my circulation.
