Body Ballancer Lymphatic Drainage Machine Review The first time I saw Body Ballancer was on Ambarina Hassan aka The Beauty Passionista’s instagram.

Since then, I became very interested in it. According to her, it was amazing, and she saw some very visible changes in her body.

I tried looking for places near my house to have a session done, but it was nowhere near my place and the pandemic didn’t make things easier.

I wanted to try it because I’m not so happy with my post baby body. There’s of course cellulite, stretch marks and the baby weight.

It excited me when their PR team contacted me to try Body Ballancer and write about it. Body Ballancer Lymphatic Drainage Machine Review

I got to keep it for good 2 weeks. Yaay!

At first I thought I will need someone to help me get into it but my doctor husband was never free to help me so one night I tried getting into it myself and I discovered that you don’t need anyone’s help, you can do everything yourself. Body Ballancer Lymphatic Drainage Machine Review

As someone who studied to become a scientist, I was very interested in knowing the science behind Body Ballancer, and I am pleasantly surprised.

How To Set Up Body Ballancer

Setting up Body Ballancer is very easy. All you need is to attach the pumps to the machine and turn the machine on. Then get into Body Ballancer pants and press your favourite option. Body Ballancer is preset, so you don’t have to set up the time or the pressure.

Just press Start and the magic will start.

5 Things To Do Before Starting Body Ballancer Procedure

To make things easier, make sure you do the following things before getting into Body Ballancer. Body Ballancer Lymphatic Drainage Machine Review

1- Go to the toilet because you don’t want to pause or stop the procedure in between.

2- Don’t do it right after having a meal because if like me you have reflux, the food will cause issues and make you really uncomfortable. Especially be careful if you eat spicy food. I usually drank a bit of cold milk beforehand. Give some time for the food to digest before starting.

3- Make sure the machine is within your reach so you can start, pause, resume, stop the procedure whenever you need.

4- Keep a light blanket with you because after a while your upper body will feel cold.

5- Have your phone near you in case you need it. I mostly watched TV while using Body Ballancer.

What Does Body Ballancer Do?

I won’t go into the details of what it does. You can always visit their website and read the details, but here is what Body Ballancer does in a nutshell:

Body Contouring: It improves fat loss with better circulation. It does lymphatic drainage and removes water retention, thus leading to volume reduction.

Relaxation: It helps you relax and destress with its gentle massage technique.

My Experience & Thoughts on Body Ballancer

Body Contouring: One thing to be noted is that 2 months before starting my experience with Body Ballancer, I was already on a weight loss journey. I was eating right. I was walking 5000-8000 steps a day and also doing fat burning exercises. Having a healthy lifestyle alongside the use of Body Ballancer will really, really help you. It is not only fat that increases your weight but also water retention that adds to the volume, and that’s where Body Ballancer comes handy.

When I received Body Ballancer, coincidently, it was Lockdown 2.0, so during my Body Ballancer journey, I ate a lot of chocolates and things I shouldn’t have been eating. Normally, I gain weight when I eat junk, but this time I didn’t. I strongly believe that it was because of Body Ballancer that I could maintain my pre lockdown weight.

Relaxation: Although it’s not very relaxing to be inside Body Ballancer for 45 minutes. Your feet are stuck in an uncomfortable position and when it presses on your tummy and chest area, you can’t breathe for 2 seconds BUT it’s all worth it. It helps you destress, think straight and sleep better.

Health & Wellness: I noticed that it definitely improved my digestion. Although I don’t have any digestion issues but it enhanced my metabolism and gave a boost to my immune system.

Skin tone & Cellulite: I noticed that it made no impact to my skin tone or cellulite, maybe because my cellulite had already reduced after eating right, losing weight and exercising, I couldn’t see any difference but people have said how it has significantly reduced their cellulite.

Fitness & Exercise: As I mentioned, I was already exercising before using Body Ballancer; I did not feel it made any difference to my fitness, but it definitely improved my circulation.

Conclusively, Body Ballancer will change your body and you might not notice it, but it still makes an enormous difference.
