Eborian CC Eye and Eye Patch Review

The Eborian CC Eye and eye patches are really wonderful little products. They are some of the latest to come out of Eborian and are both cute and effectively targeted to treat the under-eye area.

A little bit about Erborian:

If you’ve read my previous review, you’ll know that Erborian was founded in 2007 by French skincare expert Katalin Berenyi and Korean scientist Hojung Lee. The company is an elegant hybrid of French and Korean skincare; taking the best bits from each side. They produce some of the best sell-out cult products every year.

The Erborian CC Eye:

Continuing on the Eborian Magic Transformask, the Eborian CC Eye is also a 3-in-one product designed to moisturise, conceal and brighten. It also has a faint reddish pearlizer inside like the Magic Transformask, but this time it is much finer and disappears easily into the skin. It is enriched with Centella Asiatica to soothe the eyes.

Applying the CC Eye:

All you need is a small pea-sized amount (enough for both eyes) which you dab around the eyes. You then gently work this into the skin; working from the inner corners and moving outwards. Super simple! This is all you need to have brighter under-eyes all day long.

The Erborian Eye Patches:

Eborian also has some fantastic eye patch products. If you haven’t heard of eye-patches; they are identical to the full on sheet masks but only in small little half-moons just for the eyes. They are still just as full of product but targeted on the eye area. I love these because they can serve a variety of purposes. You can use them both for multi-masking and also just use them when what your face is craving is a little eye-brigtening and you don’t have time for or don’t want to bother with a full-on mask experience.

I tried out the Ginseng Eye Patch and the Glow Eye Patch.

The Ginseng Eye Patch:

This patch is soaked with ginseng root extract which smooths the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, signs of fatigue and dehydrated skin.

You leave this mini-mask on for 15 minutes and then pat in the remaining product once you’ve removed it.

It’s like an energy-drink for the eyes.

The Glow Eye Patch:

Now this one, though with sparklier graphics on the packaging is also packed with a botanical punch. It has liquorice extract to help hydrate, brighten and plump the skin under the eyes.

It works the same as the ginseng mask: 15 minutes on, pat in product and enjoy the results.

Pro tip: you can also use these masks for smile lines or nasiolabial folds.

The Eyes Have it!

Eborian definitely have a fan in me. I loved the easy-to-use experience of it all and continue to be amused by the cute packaging and effective product.

Would you try any of these out yourself? Are there any other eye patch products I should try?
