Hi everyone! So I’ve been strictly following a diet for the last few weeks to lose weight. Yesterday I cooked this yummy dish for dinner and I thought you should have the recipe too!
Ingredients
250g Dry Linguine
1 pack fat free creme frais
1-3 thin green chillies
1 tsp Chillie flakes
1 table spoon olive oil
one small onion
1 pack of stir fry veggies or use any diced veggies you like
Salt to taste
Method
Put Linguine to boil in a pan of water.
In a frying pan, fry green chillies in 1 tbsp olive oil.
Then add diced onions.
When brown add other veggies and cook.
Add salt and chillie flakes and cook.
Add creme frais and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tender linguine in the mixture and your healthy dish is ready!
