Chi Chi Clothing In Cannes

The third day at Cannes Fashion Festival 2015 was the busiest with all the designers showcasing their work on the last day.

Although I had  seen other photographers, journalists and bloggers wearing casual outfits, I thought as a full time blogger, I work from home and therefore, never get the chance to dress up, hence this was my chance to dress rather doll up for the event.

I received this lovely white dress from ChiChi Clothing only a couple of days before my flight to Cannes and had already bought clothes for the festival. When I saw this dress I completely fell in love with it. It was just the right length and had beautiful lacy detail all over the dress. I had to drop out one dress, just to be able to wear this one.

I styled it with a silky Top Shop blazer and Profile heels from BHS.

After the event, I strolled in the streets of Cannes, grabbing attention from the passers-by who looked at my brother and said ‘Elle est à la recherche très jolie’. He speaks fluent french. If you are properly dressed up during the film festival season, you will surely be chased by the paparazzi and that is what happened to me. It was kind of scary, I don’t think I could cope with a life like that but oh well, it was a good experience!
